In this dashcam installation example photo gallery, we share the completed installation pictures of the cloud-capable, high-end dual-lens, full HD BlackVue DR650S-2CH-IR GPS and WiFi dash cam and Power Magic Pro in a Nissan GT-R.
The DR650S-2CH-IR (with infrared LED lights on the inside-facing camera) was chosen by the owner of this GT-R (rather than the typical front-facing and back-facing DR650S-2CH) as a defense/deterrant against those individuals such as technicians or valets who may be driving the GT-R outside of the owner's presence. The knowledge that the inward-facing camera is now installed is most cases is enough to prevent someone from driving this GT-R in a manner that would not be approved of by the owner of the vehicle. Now the owner can rest easy knowing their pride and joy is monitored 24/7!

Looking in from the passenger side at the BlackVue DR650S-2CH-IR / DR750S-2CH-IR / DR900S-2CH-IR front and inside cameras. The front camera unit contains a Sony EXMOR image sensor, the WiFi module, internal GPS antenna (for position and speed logging), as well as an industrial-grade 128gb BlackVue microSD memory card. You can see how the front-facing camera sits nicely in front of the rear-view mirror, out of the view of the driver. The inside-facing camera sits securely above the mirror and captures the full interior of the GT-R:
Notice how we route the wiring to/from the front BlackVue dashcam through the existing factory wiring locations for a super clean installation:
The high-quality BlackVue DR650S-2CH-IR / DR750S-2CH-IR / DR900S-2CH-IR dashcam almost looks completely factory (stock equipment) in this Nissan GT-R!:
Now looking at the BlackVue front dashcam through the front windshield of the GT-R. You really don't notice the dashcam unless you're looking specifically for it:
Now looking in to the GT-R from the driver's side, you can see we mounted the Power Magic Pro control box in the driver's side footwell, next to the OBD port, well within the driver's reach. The Power Magic allows for the dashcam to stay on and recording even if the GT-R is parked and the engine is turned off:
When seated in the driver's seat, the DR650S-2CH-IR / DR750S-2CH-IR / DR900S-2CH-IR inward-facing lens is all that is visible in this setup. The front-facing camera is practically invisible to the driver:
