We love the button selection and layout on the 1080 Mini. There is not an overabundance of buttons to confuse you. The 1080 Mini has 2 dedicated buttons located on the exterior of the camera to: turn the camera on or off, and to start and stop recording. There are additional buttons underneath the waterproof end cap to quickly switch resolutions and microphone settings. Under this cap you will also find the USB and micro SD card ports.

A Micro SD memory card (4, 8, 16, or 32gb - Class 10 or higher) is required for use with the 1080 Mini. A 4gb memory card is included in the 1080 Mini kit. The 1080 Mini camera system is an amazing package! Replay XD outdid themselves creating a miniature full HD camera, that can even be used as a dash cam. While the 1080 Mini lacks some of the features of a true dash cam (mainly: loop recording), this system is still a great solution for those desiring a camera that will record amazing video in just about any environment.
